New Patient Appointments:

(60-120 minutes—in person)

Follow up Appointments:

(60 minutes - In person or telehealth depending on the need)

15-30 minute Follow Ups:

(In Person or Telehealth depending on the need)

School/Sports Physicals:

(30 minute visit, ages 16 and up, in person only)

Other Focused Visits—

(Paperwork, forms, new lab orders, medication reconciliation, referrals, etc. 15-60 minutes depending on the specific situation)

Payments accepted:

All major credit/debit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards accepted. Cards will have a $5 convenience fee added.
