  • What conditions do you treat?

    We address a wide range of health issues including digestive and hormonal disorders, neurological conditions, sleep disturbances, allergies, tick-borne infections, long COVID, connective tissue disorders like EDS, MCAS, POTS, and obesity management using GLP therapies and peptides.
  • What is integrative medicine?

    Integrative medicine combines conventional treatments with evidence-based complementary therapies to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—focusing on personalized care and long-term wellness.
  • How do I prepare for my first appointment?

    Bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications/supplements, and be ready to discuss your health history and goals. This helps us create a tailored treatment plan suited to your needs.  Additionally, I will email you new patient paperwork which you can review and fill out prior to the visit.

  • What can I expect during a visit?

    Appointments include a thorough evaluation including gathering a very detailed history, discussion of symptoms, and collaborative planning. We emphasize patient education and shared decision-making throughout your care. Any and all in person visits will have a focused physical exam included as well. I use an AI scribing tool so I can focus most on your. 

  • Are your treatments covered by insurance?

    Your Inspired Vitality is a cash based practice. I do accept HSA/FSA cards for payments for office visits (as well as other forms of payment including Zelle, cash, check, other cards, or Venmo). 


    Your insurance can be billed for routine lab work and for medications or other covered medical devices prescribed (depending on the limits/allowances of your insurance). The reason I am cash only is that allows me to provide the type of care you cannot get in a 15 minute routine visit. The goal is to find out root causes and treat those to get you feeling better and living your best life again. Superbills / invoices to submit to your insurance can be provided upon request. 

  • Do you offer telehealth services?

    Yes, we provide virtual consultations for many conditions, allowing flexible access to care from your home while maintaining personalized treatment.
  • How do you approach chronic illness management?

    Our approach integrates advanced diagnostics (including functional lab testing, saliva test kits, stool testing for parasites, and specialized blood tests), lifestyle modifications, and targeted therapies to address underlying causes and improve quality of life over time.

  • What makes Your Inspired Vitality different?

    My expertise in Neurology, Allergy, Lyme, MCAS, Infectious disease, chronic illness, holistic medicine, migraine management, scoliosis, chiari malformation, hypermobiilty syndromes including hEDS, set me apart from a typical provider. I have a very unique skill set and a vast array of experience treating a wide variety of conditions. Call me a jill of many trades. I am an active ILADS member, a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioner association, licensed in multiple states, and have been working in medicine in some way since my senior year of high school. My goal as a provider is to have my expertise match my empathy.
